MCS itAssure - the solutions


Our focus is to keep your IT systems operational, available and secure so that you can focus on your business. MCS itAssure consists of three service level offerings:

Gold. Encompasses a full "all you can eat" support service whereby MCS itAssure assumes responsibility for the ongoing health of your IT systems. Proactive maintenance, detected issues and all onsite support are addressed as part of the flat monthly fee and will not be charged to you*. This truly aligns MCS itAssure and your interests- smoothly running IT system with no issues!

Silver.
Ensures your IT systems are running as expected and critical security patches are installed every quarter. If an issue is detected or proactive maintenance and support are required to head off a problem before it impacts your business, you will be notified by MCS itAssure of the required work to address the issue. Any support services will be billed at our discounted fixed fees which are exclusive MCS itAssure Silver level clients.

Bronze. Keeps the most important functions and areas of your IT systems running. If an issue is detected or early intervention and support are required to head off a problem before it impacts your business, you will be notified by MCS itAssure of the required work to address the issue. Any support services will be billed at our fixed fees which are exclusive MCS itAssure Bronze level clients.
