Specialising in providing governance and business advisory services to both the rural and commercial sectors, including manufacturers, retailers and professional practices.
He firmly believes in working hard to build a personal relationship with his clients to understand their business objectives. "I like to consider all issues from my clients' perspective and it is only when I fully understand these that I can begin to add value and offer solutions."

He is a member of the NZ Institute of Directors, a Director, Trustee and current Board Chairman of the Invercargill YMCA and past member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Public Practice Advisory Board. He is also a long serving member and former President and a Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary Club of Invercargill.
Mark's career began at McCulloch + Partners in 1997 before heading to London to work as a Financial Controller for two large corporate entities which gave him the hands-on practical experience to take back to public practice.
He returned to New Zealand, and McCulloch + Partners, in 2006 and was admitted to Partnership in 2008.
When Mark isn't working you will find him relaxing in Central Otago with family pursuing his interests in classic and sports cars and mountain biking.
