Purpose
The purpose of collecting your information is to assess your suitability to an existing, or future employment opportunities within McCulloch & Partners. If your application for employment is successful, this information will be retained as a part of your personal file.
Applying for an Advertised Position
If your application is unsuccessful, your information will be destroyed immediately. If you wish to be considered for future positions, please reapply and state which field(s) of McCulloch & Partners' business you'd like to work in.
Applying for Employment that hasn't been advertised
If your application is immediately unsuccessful, this information will be held for 6 months, for consideration in future vacancies, after which time it will be destroyed.
Contacting Referees / Current Employers
To further assess your suitability for our employment opportunities, we may contact any referees you have listed in your Curriculum Vitae. We may also contact you to ask for your permission to contact your current employers. It’s up to you to say yes or no, but we may want to know why.
Access to your Information
At any stage during this time you have the right to access the information you have given us, update any details, or ask that it be destroyed.
