Katy specialises in financial and management accounting services to a diverse range of businesses in all sectors and industries of the Central Otago region. She enjoys working with her clients to ensure that they achieve their business goals through a greater understanding of their financial and business information in what can be a complex trading environment.
Outside of work Katy likes to spend her time in Central Otago’s beautiful outdoors. She is also involved with the local charity, the Wakatipu Wildlife Trust.
Business Experience
After graduating from the University of Canterbury in 2012 with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Human Resources; Katy relocated to Queenstown to start her accounting career. Since moving to Queenstown, Katy has developed specific technical skills applicable for the unique Central Otago business environment, which she is able to effectively communicate to clients in a simple manner. Katy also gained her Chartered Accountant qualification in 2017. In 2020 McCulloch + Partners was excited to have Katy join the team as a Manager.
