She has significant experience in budgets and cash flow forecasting, management accounting, board reporting, financial accounting, and taxation. With a keen passion for Xero, she enjoys helping clients to maximise the software’s potential and see significant improvements in their day-to-day business management.
Nicole began her accounting career in Dunedin in 2009 after graduating with a Bachelor of Business, and later became a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) while working for eight years at a large Public Practice firm in Melbourne. She joined McCulloch & Partners in 2018 and is now a highly valued Associate.
In addition to her professional experience, Nicole runs her own online retail business established to meet a gap in the local market for baby gifts and in assisting parents to develop fine motor skills with their little ones. This venture has broadened her commercial skills and knowledge of digital marketing.
When she’s not working, Nicole volunteers as Treasurer for Queenstown Preschool and Nursery and enjoys making the most of Central Otago by spending time with her family by going on bike rides in the local area, heading up the mountain skiing, playing touch rugby and attending boot camps in the summer mornings.
