Haylee has been with McCulloch + Partners for over a decade, starting as an office junior before moving through payroll, accounting, and now into her role as Xero Advisory Services Manager. Along the way, she’s also been a key part of the firm’s internal IT Helpdesk and played an active role in major improvements like going paperless, shifting to cloud-based systems, and building the firm’s SharePoint site.
With a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting, Haylee supports both staff and clients with their Xero systems, blending technical knowledge with a calm, patient approach. She has a knack for turning confusion into clarity — especially for those who find technology daunting — and loves finding practical, common-sense solutions that make everyday work smoother. Her goal is to empower others, and she’s happiest when she can share knowledge that builds confidence and saves time.
