Terms and Conditions for Training and Coaching
One on One Workshops/Coaching
All registrations need to be confirmed in writing, therefore a copy of the signed letter must be returned to McCulloch & Partners.
Workshop and coaching fees need to be paid prior to the commencement of the training; we will email you an invoice.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and if the cancellation is received less than 10 days prior to the workshop, then you will not be eligible for a refund. If rescheduling of the workshop is made within the time-frame of 30 days, then the fees will be transferred to this date.
Failure to attend the workshop/coaching will incur the full fee with no refund.
Course dates and presenters are occasionally subject to change. Should there be a change, McCulloch & Partners will make every effort to inform you of the change, prior to the workshop/seminar’s commencement.
Should a workshop/seminar fail to attract a minimum number of participants, then McCulloch & Partners reserves the right to cancel the event.
